We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date for most unused and unopened items.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

  • Items must be free of pet hair, stains, or odors

  • Proof of purchase or order number is required

🔄 Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

  • Wrong size

  • Defective items

  • Damaged products upon arrival

To request an exchange, please contact us at support@jokisss.com with your order number and a photo of the issue (if applicable). We’ll do our best to resolve it quickly.
